Technical data
Appellation : Margaux, Grand Cru Classé. Surface of the vineyard : 39,5 hectares. Terroir : Typical Margaux gravel, made up of quartz and quartzite, where the Cabernet Sauvignon gives its best. Grape variety : 60% Cabernet Sauvignon – 33% Merlot – 7% Petit Verdot. Average age of the vines : 35 years. Reasoned control and respect of ecological balances. Harvest : Manual harvest. Maturing : From 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new. Blend : 45% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot
