Technical data

Appellation : Margaux, Grand Cru Classé. Surface of the vineyard : 39,5 hectares. Terroir : Typical Margaux gravel, made up of quartz and quartzite, where the Cabernet Sauvignon gives its best. Grape variety : 60% Cabernet Sauvignon – 33% Merlot – 7% Petit Verdot. Average age of the vines : 35 years. Reasoned control and respect of ecological balances. Harvest : Manual harvest. Maturing : From 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new. Blend : 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot. HSE Rum : Aged in Marquis de Terme barrels for 16 months in Martinique.
