These terms and conditions apply to the sale of products by Ch\u00e2teau Marquis de Terme on its online store and by phone. They are automatically made available to the buyer on the homepage of the Ch\u00e2teau Marquis de Terme website. All the buyer needs to do is click on “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” (hereafter referred to as GTCS) to learn about the conditions of their order before even starting the ordering process. Therefore, placing an order implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS by the buyer, to the exclusion of all other documents such as prospectuses, catalogs issued by the seller, which only have indicative value.
